i think ICL is good for players

Well BCCI should now atleast learn from their mistakes.Many talented players are joining ICL and I think it is doing good for them as they dont need to wait for a place in the squad which does not seem to be coming.
I think some other players will be joining ICL in due course

The way they plan to contract players and conduct the tournaments, I do not think it will help in unearthing talented youngsters and grooming them up to make Indian cricket strong in future.
