Do I take all 3 today or just 2 and forget about the 1st I missed.

Read the pamphlet that came with the pack!
What type are you on? Different pills have different directions if you miss pills.
Google your brand drug and look at what to do for two missed pills.
Mine (Kariva) tells me: If you miss two doses (days) in a row, take 2 tablets for the next 2 days, then, continue with your regular schedule. Whenever 1 or 2 doses are missed, you should use a second method of contraception for the next 7 days in addition to taking the pills.
Google your pill, talk to your doctor, or find the pamphlet that came with your pill pack.

Do not take the missed doses! Just get back on schedule asap! But be aware, that the pills are to be taken in a certain order and any disruption to that order can make you at risk for pregnancy. "Catching up" on the pills is also a risk, you can get too much of the hormones involved, and it can have side effects also, it could disrupt your cycle, or i some cases render the pills ineffective. Talk to the doctor who prescribed the pills, and let him/her know! Also be sure to use other precautions such as a condom, or other contraceptive devise, until cleared by the doctor, Or you could be dealing with an unplanned pregnancy, be safe.....filch

Just take the one today. You do not need to take the other ones, as it doesn't make up for the mistake. A second form of contraceptive is necessary for 1 week in order to be sure you will not become pregnant.

Where are you in your cycle?
If in doubt, take one and use another form of protection (ie, a condom) for a week in addition to the pill.

i always miss pills and i havent used protection coz i live with my partner and we are stable. its diff for everyone... i usually just take them when i remember even if i take two in one night, if i miss two then i take one the next day and the other the next day... it seems to be working for me
