after i started masterbating i got these bumps that itch on my vagina but i also had a rash at the same time that was from sommething else was it cuz of that or a disease, or infection im scared and i dont wanna go to the doctor also white creamy stuff is coming out during the day is it a yeast infection? Depending on what you are using to masturabate with, you could be allergic. You can have an allergic response to bleach, soap, even laundry soap.
It is normal for girls to have a white/clear slick discharge when they start puberty as the vagina is self-cleaning and it means your hormones are working.
If the discharge looks like cottage cheese kind of, it has an odor and you are still itching, go to the doctor.
For the itch alone, try taking a bath with baking soda mixed in.

Could be a yeast infection. I know you aren't comfortable with the idea of going to the doctor but the only way to find out for sure if it is indeed a yeast infection this needs to be evaluated by a doctor. I would recommend seeing a female physician for this issue because I think you will feel more comfortable discussing this issue with them.
