Moon still orange about half way in the sky with top right highlighted by light. A wonderful sight. Also many features of the moon are visable by telescope. The red seems to give a better depth perception. Wish you guys were here.

We want reports on how dark it is. I predict this one will go black, invisible in the sky. I'm in NY and it's over for us. Too close to the west, too many low west clouds so I didn't see much but it was dark. Darkest I've seen since the one in the 1960s that went totally black.
