Plug wires would be my first guess. Pull plug wires so they are lightly attached to the plugs. With the engine running pull each one off the plug, one at a time, until you find the cylinder that is not working. Use something with rubber handles and do not touch the body of the car while you are doing it.

If one cylinder is not firing, the wire will probably arc through either the wire or the part that covers the plug when it is close to a metal part of the engine.
