How the hell should we know? I mean, seriously. We know absolutely nothing about you. You don't even say what your food cravings are.

Maybe you're pregnant. Maybe you got the munchies cause you're stoned. Maybe you've got an iron deficiency. Or a zinc deficiency. Or a whatever deficiency.

If you have a food craving, just satisfy the damn craving. It's your body's way of telling you that you need something.

Sometimes hormones because the period is soon to come can cause the cravings. Another reason that sometimes cravings can occur for certain foods is because we are low on vitamins and minerals that come from those foods. I had something like this happen to me a few years back when I craved peaches for a whole week.

I was low on a vitamin or mineral that peaches could give me and as soon as my body's need for that vitamin or mineral was met the craving stopped.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
