Well stretch marks appear due to the stretching of your skin and normally they come during your pregnancy if they will at all. Use your cream every day for prevention because if you do start getting stretch marks they will keep getting worse. In my opinion creams dont work much like they say they do, stretch marks depend on your genetics a lot.

I got little ones on my sides at about 6 months but didnt get ANY on my tummy until about 32 weeks.

Stretch marks can appear all through pregnancy. Some women get them during, some women only notice them after birth and some don't get them at all.

Here's a fact too. Stretch marks can be a genetic thing. So ask your mum or grandma how they went with stretch marks. You could be one of the lucky ones that have very few.
Start using the cream now and continue after delivery. Its designed to keep your skin supple therefore allowing it to stretch easier and hopefully you won't get them.

Good luck

Stretch marks are triggered by way of alterations within the form and dimension of our frame, and are such a lot most likely precipitated by way of puberty and being pregnant, as those are occasions throughout which our our bodies obviously suffer dramatic alterations. Stretch marks are unique by way of their pink or purplish colour tones, which finally difference to a silvery white. But what precisely factors stretch marks to seem? There are 3 layers to our dermis: the skin, or outer layer; the skin, the core layer; and the subcutaneous stratum, the interior layer. The skin is what enables our dermis to stretch; and even as it's elastic in nature, it might simplest be stretched to this point. If it's stretched an excessive amount of or for too lengthy, it's going to holiday down, ensuing within the look of stretch marks.

At first, stretch marks may show up as reddish or purplish lines but later they turn lighter beiege. u should use stretch mark cream now to avoid them.

I've had stretch marks since my growth spurt when I was 10 (I was the fat kid lol), so with that said, you can get them at any time. My advise would be to use the cream ASAP, because they are easier to prevent than to get rid of.

Start using it now cause it helps prevent them from coming up and it just keeps the skin moisterised, cause once you get them they are a pain to get rid of, im only 15 weeks pregnant and i have lots of them. Trust me use the cream now!
Congrats on your baby!
