I think you should figure out if you actually want this. If you don't want to lose weight but are only doing it because of your engaged wife then you wont commit. But if you do want to really lose weight for you (healthy) I would recommend doing weight watchers or something similar. Some weight programs not only show you how to eat and the correct portions but they also make you go to group meetings. The meetings help show you you're not the only one trying to lose weight. You can also exercise with some of the people in the program which also motivates you.

Also consider not exactly trying to lose weight but maybe toning your body. You already sound small. All in all I would suggest toning and getting back into shape not losing weight.

Good luck with the weight loss and engagement

I think you should dump your engaged. If he doesn't love you the way you are, will he love you when you get older and develop wrinkles? It's not too late to stop the wedding. Please, really, you'll regret marrying someone who wants you to change, especially when you have found it so difficult. Also, there's no way you can lose 24 pounds in two weeks, it's impossible. For both the eating and the engagement, you should really get counseling. Your eating is telling you that something is eating you, something is bothering you. Also, check out Weight Watchers, which will help you understand both dieting and exercise, plus the emotional reasons that are causing you to eat. And you should check with a doctor, to see if there's a physical reason why you're hungry. But, really, I think you're eating to sabotage your engagement because you don't want to be married to this person. Listen to your gut!

i think you have to be patient.. you had tried many times and it's no way you can't loose your weight.. i think your will-be-fiance want you to lose some weight because he love you. we all know that overweight can course many bad effect such as diabeties. you don't have to hurry.. try to decrease the amount of food in your house and just eat when you feel so hungry..or you can try to fast like the muslim's do during the ramadhan month.. i mean..why not? it's also a good try to loose some weight..
