Yes- it is right giving shot & Fire Orders against Terrorists in India- Terrorists are killing Indian People (of all relligions)- Police must open fire on terrorists on the spot itself - no need of court- lawyers etc for them- Just People and Police must kill them where ever they are found.

Preferably the terrorists must be captured alive.Then only a strong case could be built.Encounter deaths of terrorists create a halo around their faces.
Police has to play their role without leaving anything to be desred.
Britisher who ruled undivided India ( including Pakistan and Bangla desh); NOT with policeconstables imported fom England! The local police were so loyal to the Govt. that British Raj continued till 1947.
Now that the average policeman is caught in a cobweb of corruption and limitef loyalties,t hings have gone awry.
Time has come to revamp our police force.

good question buddy...
i feel that firing orders will be very helpful in cleaning up the terrorist environment prevailing in most of the places in our country. The people responsible for such acts have now started xpanding their acts all around the country, nd many of the politicians as i feel should be involved.
we cannot as always put the blame on our law governing bodies.
strict rules can make a great change in the total probs of the country, but that will need the younger gen to cope up nd assist the law regulatory bodies to do it their own way

it will be right when you are sure who the terrorist is.It is not wise to give such an order at this point of time, out there are many innocent muslims who are being mistaken as terrorists and if you give such orders now then there is a possibility that some officials may take advantage and make the situation worse.

if the situation is very bad & they are in the stage of causing any danger, then it is a best way for firing. but some times, we also get some details about the other plot by capturing them. so its an easy idea to make the deal easy.

no not all what happens if they r not militants.u know wat is happen in bihar.there was man who roberred something police men treated him like a dog hit him like anything.another incident occured a man who was caught by police was escaped,again he escaped then police shot is leg but he did`nt die,so he surrendered to the police but the police shot him dead.so it is not advisable issue shoot and fire orders.
