Well, since episode 485 airs on tv in Japan today, you are going to have a tough time finding all of these DVDs. Plus if you are looking for english subs, or even rarer, english dubs, you are going to be hard pressed to find even half of these.
The best bet would be ebay or amazon.com. Trying to buy these all from a place like Best Buy (if they even have them all) would cost anywhere from 2 to 4 times as much.

I wouldn't want to spend too much money on it if I were you, since I used to download and watch them online... Unless you really love it, and demand the ORIGINAL DVDs...then...

They have Detective Conan Anime and Drama....you just have to really look out for the titles **they can be 'different' sometimes** You know how 1 manga/anime can have manga tittles that are slightly different? Metantei Conan would be the title

Thats alot of episodes! You could try download sites, Bit Torrent should have a sufficient amount of episodes. If that doesn't work than you can risk Limewire (It gives you viruses, I don't care what anyone says, Limewire gives you viruses) So unless you're a computer specialist your best bet would be something less...harmful.
DVD wise you could check eBay (already mentioned). Search Craigslist. Try and find an anime fanatic and contact them. They could have possible connections or even friends willing to sell.
