the best age of our lives? I worried about turning 30, I was nearly sectioned at the thought of being 40 and I considered means of doing away with myself should I ever survive to 50!
But here I am and it is just the greatest! Less responsibility, more money, more time, just the same pastimes (!) played with a lot more experience and cunning! So - the question again - do we just adjust to our age or is there really an optimum for the human being at his/her peak? What is/was your best era?

My best was in my 30's! But, being the age I am now is a "walk in the park". No kids to hand out money to, get the grandkids and take them back when I want to and enjoy my friends with no competitiveness! Couldn't be happier!

We must learn to adapt to changes and also to the environment as we grow older. This is part of our growing process. Things changes for example the people around us changes, our working environment or workload changes, our habits and activities changes too! So it's not a matter that we have to adjust to our age as you had mentioned, but to adapt ourselves to the changing environment so that we fits into, and feels part of the environment.
