I'm straight and the thought of me with another guy is disgusting to me. But I have gay friends, straight friends and I support gay marriage.

I say the government has no right to tell anybody who they can marry.

if you don't like gay marriage than don't marry a gay person.

Now my opinion on marriage in the church is it still should be between a man and a woman. My apologies but as far as a legal marriage I say gays have just as much right as straights to get married.

I do however also support gay adopting kids I think they make just as good parents as we do.

I do support them going to church as well and being active in society.

Without gays who will design our clothes LOL

What do you guys think

Answer: Because there are bigoted persons out there spreading hatred.
Comment: I can understand that you don't want marriage in your church, because of your beliefs, but my church is supportive of gay marriage, so do you believe that I should not be able to marry in my church?
The truth is you don't even need a church. Athiests get married all the time without any church involvement whatsoever.
I appreciate your comments. It sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders.

Because unfortunately, my brethren are taught to abandon the Gospel for the message of condemnation.

Sorry about that folks! It wasn't me! lol

I don't know who designs my clothes. I think that's my point. Anyone can do anything they want, except get married, apparently.

Well I've got nothing against straights and I don't generally find them disgusting at all but when I see them making out in public it sometimes makes me want to barf...so there you go.

I agree with most of what you say.

I agree with everything you said. If two people are in love, they should be able to get married and have the same right as straight people.

Well, you've said so much of what you think, but does it matter to you what God thinks? What if what he thinks is not in harmony with your thinking? Who should change?
