If he's not your landlord or your landlord's agent, he has no legal authority to either evict you or enter your home. Should he enter your home, file criminal trespass charges. You may also want to contact the fraud or bunko squad at your local police department.

Contact your landlord or property manager and request that they change the locks to your apartment. You'll probably have to pay to have that done but it's worth the peace of mind. However if the LL gave this cretin keys to your apartment without your consent there won't be a charge.

You can call the police. In this matter, yes, you can actually call the police if he attempt to remove you from the place. If he is not the owner, or the leasing company, then you cannot be evicted by him. I assume he never filed any papers either--as only the owner can do this. He's just some guy that is tricking you. As for the leasing agent contact some guy who is not on your lease, then I suggest that you handle this through the attorney generals office, and the state's fair housing commission.

This is your apartment!!! You hold the lease. And you make payments. Further, he cannot have keys! So you'll have to have the locks changed, and call the polic for trespassing. You can send him a letter notifying him that you are severing any access he has to your apartment, and that he is to return the keys.

You don't even need to feel like you're involved...whats the name and number of the owner, leasing agent, and the name of this crazy guy? There are so many laws against what they are doing, the word prison comes to mind. So you cannot be touched, legally, but you have to be strong enough to stop this ridiculous actions.

contact your m anagement company ASAP and let them know that this guy is trying to evict you, u can only be evicted for nonpayment if you have a lease. i think this guy is taking advantage of your disability. i would let the management company know about this guys behavior ASAP. they will ban him from the property, they will change your locks for you as well. they might charge for that but its for your own safety. he is not your landlord or the owenr, he has no right to "make inspections" as he sees fits. thats called breaking an entering if u did not invite him in. you cannot be thrown out for anything if u did not violate the terms of the lease. secondly he is not even the owner or ladnlord so he has no right to collect rent what so ever. u need to contact a detective bc this man is terrorizing you and others in community. he probnably has a long list of cons he does to others so co ntact a detective and have them investigate this fraud.
