im talking short term so like im lying in bed with my lap top on my lap try to get to sleep so ill guess ill ask u guys.

Take one Melatonin tablet 1 hr before going to bed and close the computer. READ somthing that is boring: the anatomy of a cow's stomach was a favorite of a friend on mine's!

i suggest you go out of your room and leave that laptop. if you'v got garden at the back or a park near yopur house, stay a while with the greens. observe (without being intelligent) pipol passing by and enjoy the air.

you just have to stop thinking of somthing to get some sleep.

What helps is listening to music lying down with eyes closed. That has made me sleepy often, of course that could just mean I'm not a big fan of music =P.

try listening to music

or take slepping pills or

drink warm mmilk or hot tea

it works for me...

but i havent tried the sleeping pills yet
