omg yes! i did 3 days ago! i was making a sandwich in the kitchen & i really thought something was behind me & literally jumped! felt very ridiculous when i discovered it was only my shadow......

Yes, and I've jumped at the sight of anything and everything that startles me...I'm usually deep in thought and I startle easily ..
