is this going to be a "killer" movie? Did it still get an NC-17rating? can u tell me anything?

...despite the rating being reduced to an 'R', it is surprising that the film is STILL being released on a limited basis; the webpage below should be able to tell you when and where the film is playing in your area...
...we can only hope that the DVD, once it is released, will contain the unrated cut of the film...
...gotta tell ya, after meeting the director of the film, last May, at the Fangoria Weekend of Horrors in Burbank, CA, and having been witness to his expetively descriptive and overwhelming enthusiasm over the film, I am really looking forward to seeing this!!!

Yes, Hatchet is gonna be awesome, some of the scenes got toned down so it would get an R-rating, and it will be out Sept. 7th
