If the sky is clear you should be able to see it.

The exact time of the eclipse depends on where you are. Here is a Lunar Eclipse Computer created by the US Naval Observatory. Type in your location and it will tell you when it occurs.

The moon will enter totality at 2:52 AM but the eclipse will start earlier. Check the link.

The Lunar Eclipse we'll be having this Tuesday morning, August 28, will be starting as a partial around 1:51AM Pacific Time. An hour later at 2:52AM Pacific Time it should be in it's totality. You should be able to see it depending on how much city light pollution you have in your area and how clear the night sky is.

Us people on the west coast will get to see it all. The east coast will see a partial eclipse. If you are on the west coast it has already started. Just a tiny bit of the moon is covered. It will be a couple of hours before it is total. It will run for about 90 minutes.

I live in the valley, and I don't see why we wouldn't be able to see it. The entire western hemisphere is able to see it. I think it is happening around 2 or 3 am.
