The exact time of the eclipse depends on where you are. Here is a Lunar Eclipse Computer created by the US Naval Observatory. Type in your location and it will tell you when it occurs.

For San Francisco, the moon will enter totality at 2:52 AM but the eclipse will start earlier. Check the link.
