sit on the toilet, even if i have no business there. i guess it's a subconscious act from childhood :D

Well this depends (I consider opening my eyes to be part of the process of "waking up"), if I want to go back to sleep, I'll close my eyes and go back to sleep, or move around in my bed, or whatever. If I want to get up, I'll get outta bed and get ready for the day (with whatever that entails), or if my alarm woke me up, I turn that off, sometimes even before opening my eyes.

The very first thing I do is open my eyes.
Everything else comes after that! :-)
I'd like to see how the previous poster pees with their eyes still shut :-)
