Earlier this summer to hear a concert at Tanglewood, Mass. Went with some friends and brought a lovely dinner, and set it up on the lawn in front of the shed and ate outside while the Boston Symphony played in the background. Now that is what I call a classy picnic. And luckily, no bugs and no rain

Just last week, on Saturday. We went to the Hollywood Bowl and we packed a picnic dinner for before the show.

My goodness it's been so long...I believe it was around 2002 with the ex. We went through the Mt. Loop Highway and stopped at one of the campgrounds next to a beautiful creek. It was actually fun. Then a little before that we went to Ocean Shores. We went to a little stand, bought crab, bread, cheese and wine and ate by the ocean. That wasn't as great as I thought it would be, the wind was too strong and the seagulls got too close for comfort.
