Your question is unclear. Quantum uncertainty, if nothing else, prevents the universe from being deterministic. For all or most of his life, Einstein was unwilling to accept that idea, so quantum uncertainty was repulsive to him.

That's a very round-about way of phrasing it.
Basically the Universe has to obey the Laws of Physics and if the Laws of Physics were different then the Universe would NOT have formed.
