I aksed this same question about an hour ago...I got these reponses:
1. There will no longer be any top contributor badges for Polls & Surveys
2. You have to have over 20% best answers
3. Yahoo is just being weird...
I don't know which one to believe lol...

Mine is gone tooooo!
I only had it for about
a month.
I think once we get it, we should be able to keep it, and when your percentage gets higher it should be a different color.
I think that when the percentage is super high, we should get like a VIP badge and get bonus 360 backgrounds, new avatar accessories, and a free Y!A tote bag in the mail.â¥â¥

and take 'em off just as fast. Nobody
