Yes , I embrace my sighs of relief. But I won't stop you from embracing mine tonight. Can you embrace over the internet?
Is that humanly possible? Sounds like a question from the show
''In Search Of..." with Leonard Nimoy. Old show... you probably are too young to have even watched it.

A sigh is the audible result of *surrender*.... you can't help but appreciate that you've stopped resisting! So, yes, I embrace.

You sigh, you have let go, and now you can be a part of the ebb and flow of the universe....instead of thrashing against it- which is certainly exhausting!

Just breathe with me as though I'm experiencing child birth. Now, THAT was terrifying. I learned to breath the way dogs having puppies do but I was all alone that first time. I didn't know what to expect. I suffered alone for more than 24 hours. Breathe in 'sigh' breath out' .

Hi,
Sighs for sadness, wistfulness, absent-mindedness,
Sighs of melancholy, gloom and despondency,
Sighs of pleasure, satisfaction and delight,
Sighs during the morning, daytime and night.
So many reasons, so many sighs to embrace
So many more joys and challenges still to face.

I listen to them with curiosity and am comforted and amused by them....there is a whole language of sighs....but then that is another question...isn't it? I smile at them...don't usually embrace them...they are too ethereal for hugs...they require complete freedom to flit here and there and to permeate the place of their destination...such subtle, gentle creatures that they are....
