=) i can understand MAN's frustration with your questions.

What is the only legal proof that you are "married" to your husband? ......Right! Your marriage certificate! So if you want to have a visa under his sponsorship or what we call as a family visa, then you have to get your marriage certificate authenticated in your country as well as in the UAE Embassy in your country. Even if his name is in your passport, this document is still required.

Still, you can get a visa if someone else sponsors you. Get a visit visa under someone's sponsorship or secure a job and obtain a work permit/visa.

b specific.
Which type of visa u require?
Visit visa u can get anyhow. If u want spouse visa then in no case u will get it without proper documentation.
Personal opinion just follow what MAN has suggested to you.

you will not get a visa until and unless you have your marriage certificate and have to add your name in his passport. if you are legally married, it shouldnt be a problem for you to furnish the necessary documents. Else try for a visit visa.

If I am not wrong, you have asked this question so many times at Yahoo Answers and you have got some good answers for this.

Why the hell again you are repeating this Question????

Go and get your Marriage Certificate first and then go to Passport office and add your Husband's name on your Passport.

Don't waste your time anymore asking this question again and again.
