2 trees feel on my house during a storm, they broke my backyard iron fence and are covering more than half of the ground of my lawn. They are just laying there.

They are not my trees, they belong to a small property area behind my lawn. Behind that property area is another house with a lawn. So I think this property belongs to government since its neither mine or of my neighbor behind me.

Now, I don't know who to call? I don't know any name or number for that property behind my house. The property is just a ground which is 30 or 40 feet long and 8-10 feet wide, and have long large trees, woods, and other junk on it.

Since the fence is broken a turtle have crossed and is living in my lawn. He must be living in that property area before along with some cats (I also believe the local cats live there at night ).

I have $1000 deductible for home insurance which means I might have to pay $1000 if I call my insurance. I only have $100 in my bank. I am sick diabetic man with no money

find a local newspaper or tv outlet who handles special problems and restate it just like you did. give it a week, if nothing happens, try your local lumberyard and explain it to them, they can give you the names of handy types who can do it for relatively cheap money. non union guys ofcourse who are regulars at the lumber yard.

Try to get in touch with your local council. Even if they can't help you, they will direct you to the right department or give you advice.

Good luck
