Good? Not so good? If you think I should change something, what should I change it to (links, please!)? (And with any recomendations for changes, please remember that I'm a plus-sized girl, so stores like Forever 21 are not going to work. And that I really dislike Hollister/Abercrombie/etc. Thanks.)

eh its not so cute try some of this stuff im gonna stay with your same idea just make it a bit better.
try some jeans instead of a long granny skirt:
http://www.abercrombie.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10051_10901_290222_-1_12261_12203
just basic 1s such as these.
http://www.abercrombiekids.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10101_10851_356248_-1_12795_12105
(in grey)
try a sweater more like this 1 its a bit more fitted a more classic clolor and has a fabulous bow to tie on the side (very flattering)
if u have blue or green eyes wear that color cami underneth to bring them out if u have brown eyes a purple would be cute or a green.
for shoes if u are tall try some pretty flats if your short find some super cute pointed toe heels. if u want so make the outfit more casual try some cute flip flops
and for earings just find anycute 1s that match

I like all the pieces, just not together. Each seems like it would be very flattering.
The blue earrings go with the blue sweater, and the handbag goes with the cami and the boots, but NOTHING matches the skirt well, or even closely. It looks dull, and matronly.
The skirt would look good with different shades of gray or black, top and shoes, and silver jewelry.
The dark blue sweater and earrings would look great with a sky or turquoise cami and jean skirt.
The boots and handbag will go great with any earth tones, maybe with gold jewelry.
TIP: wear your best brights and pastels close to your face, in shirts or blouses - it's more flattering. If the outfit still looks dull, add bright accessories, or gold or silver jewelry.

I like everything except the skirt if you have a large hip, thigh... I'm thinking the pattern would make you look heavier in that area... If that area is not the problem then go for it, very cute.
If you are heavier in the hip/thigh then I would go for something that draws your eye down, like a skirt in a solid color with a flirty hemline....

I don't like the boots, find something that has a pointy toe, a little less chunky. In my opinion I do not like acrylics, natural fabrics are the best!

If you're a plus size, try:
www.roamans.com
www.lanebryantcatalog.com (this is not the lane bryant link in your question which is the store, not the catalog/site)
www.silhouettes.com
www.justmysize.com
