No, that's an email hoax. It said that Mars would be so close it likes the sky has two moons. But that's impossible. I think Mars will just be closer than normal. There will be a lunar eclipse, though.

No, it just looks like it because Mars is low in the sky. So Mars looks almost as big as our moon.

And Mars won't appear anywhere near as large as the moon.

Yes, for that one day, for some reason, another satellite will orbit around the earth, but only for that one day, and after that day it will never come back.
