U have USB WHAT connected ?

You can but USB network adapters, and USB to USB "network simulators" to allow proper file sharing.

Easiest way is simply to but a nice big 4GB "memory key" load it up with files on 1 PC and move to the other to empty it, or an external hard drive. Safe the problems of trying to "network" them if you don't know how. A 40G ext USB HDD will be as cheap as a USB networking solution.

You can get a crossover cable if you want to transfer files without setting up a network. You need to set up both computers to share files.

If there isn't a lot of files you can use a flash drive to do this as well.

see link for explanation of crossover cable.
