Bright colors are best just first find out the background color you don't want to wear the same color or say if its red you wouldn't want to wear green and look like a Christmas tree lol

A nice solid colour is probably best. Bright colours work well in photos and it is probably right if the background is dull. Go for an orange or red or a bright green. Try a few though, don't just take our word for it.

You should wear a blueish green shirt to match your layered hair. Good Luck :-)

Clothing is of expression. Wear what you want to wear that will protray your personality at best. But if you want a straightforward answer, I would wear black to contrast with your wild colored hair. Or wear a green or blue top to match your hair. Or white, white always stands out.

Never wear a white shirt when having a photo taken. Try a bright pastel.

I suggest a blue or red shirt, either will show well and make the picture more colorful.

White. It's classic and you won't be embarrassed in 20-years thinking "What the heck was I doing"? White never goes out of style
