Ron Paul has a better chance of winning than Joe.
I still have not heard of him.

(This question is about Rudy Giuliani and Hillary Clinton.)

Maybe more people will vote for alternative candidates considering how similar the positions of Hillary and Rudy are. They both support gay rights (to their credit), but oppose equal opportunity for the unborn and also think an occasional innocent person is expendable for what ever benefit we derive from capital punishment. I haven't heard either of them say we need to find nonlethal ways to terminate unwanted pregnancy so we don't have to be unfair to either women or the unborn.

They both support free trade without any great incentive for our trading partners to improve their workers' wages so that our workers can compete fairly. Their positions on Iraq aren't that much different either and by 2009 we could be finished there anyway.

If they are nominated I will think of the "major parties" as the "Twin Parties" and vote for someone else; possibly Joe Schriner or Ron Paul if he runs as an independent.

No. -& here's where Clinton has the "edge"; a LOT of people across the Country STILL associate her from her years as "First Lady" of the U.S.- NOT as a "New Yorker". While Rudy- is a "dyed in the wool" New Yorker- if there ever was one! He even "talks the talk"... -While Hilary's dialect is pretty Generic...

Good question. I have grown up in the South and people here really don't like educated northerners.

But the GOP does have a strong hold here in the rural areas.
Surprising, since most in those areas are on welfare anyway.
