Only in the United States. In other more advance cultures prostitution is legal and the government scrutinizes their health. Illegal drug use is also less of a problem

Yes, because it's difficult for women to tell when they have a disease down there and being under the influence of drugs often tends to dull their senses that would normally alert them to possible problems with their Twinkies.

Also, women can have slight tears or abrasions in the vagina caused from having rough sex, sex without adequate lubrication, insertion of "unusual" inorganic objects of considerable size relative to the size of their Twinkies...

Those abrasions are windows for the diseases to enter the body, usually carried by the mans infected goo.

Nice thoughts, huh?

I wouldn't recommend messing with hoes, but if you do better be wearing a raincoat, but even that isn't 100%.

Prositutes are highly likely to catch disease and in turn spread it. This goes for any person who has multiple sexual encounters.

Lmao! Well, if it's their first time, I doubt it. But if they've done it several times? Hey, they just might have more than one disease.

After their first time doing it, you can't be very sure that they don't have any disease anymore.

hahahaha...why do you ask?

Obviously they would be much more susceptible to getting them. If you go where they are legal, then they are usually required to be tested regularly.
