I have little resources and I need to cut out a section of 1/4 inch steal plate. I do not have a torch cutter or welding equiptment what else can i do?

If the pc you need to cut out is not to big use a hack saw, blade in a jig saw, or get an abrasive wheel for a elect saw,

Cut it with a hacksaw. If you don't have resources, use some muscle and a little oil.

SORRY, BUT HAVE NEVER HEARD OF "STEAL" PLATE?? COULD BE "STEEL" PLATE??? USE A CUTTOFF SAW WITH A CARBIDE CUTTER BLADE , OR TAKE IT TO A SHOP & HAVE THEM CUT IT FOR YOU.

well my suggestion would have beena torch but............... i dunno maybe try knawing it with your teeth for awhile. lol srry
