Do you like guns?

Question

Do you own any? Do you like the current federal laws and the laws in your state? If you own any, are they rifles/shotguns for hunting or are they handguns for defense?

Criminals are criminals. They do what they do best... they are going to have guns no matter what the laws are. "Felon possess firearm" laws aren't going to make a difference for those who really want one.

all they are are tools.

Sure, they can be misused, but for this you blame the tool?

People will argue that all guns are for is killing- I disagree.
Weapons put food on the table, and protect people from
predators.
Tools.
Laws remind the honest and trusted, they are ignored by the unjust and evil.

Do I like the current federal and state laws? Hell no! They are far too restrictive for a country that is supposed to be about freedom.

why yes i do love guns i do not like all of the federal laws like the law that i cant have a machine gun made after 1986 or that to have a machine gun you give up your 4th amendment rights i like the state laws where i live in Kentucky we have concealed carry here i would not live in a state that doesn't have it i have 2 rifles a Barrett modal 99 and a Springfield m1 garand and i use them to hunt and for fun 1 shotgun 1897 trench gun and a colt 45 1911 for concealed carry for defense and a Sten mk2 sub machine gun that's a class 3 for fun and home defense

One, as of now. Sig Sauer p220 .45. I do not have any problems with the current laws. It's a handgun for self defense and also a sidearm when I hire on to a police agency.

YES, YOU SHOULD LIKE GUNS(AND CARRY THEM ALWAYS) if your in a country that rioters burn ambulances, attacks its un-armed medical crew,, like the RP
in our unit we were issued 9mm beretta pistols, and some of our crew bought their own personal firearms, mostly 45 cal. ,1911 TYPE pistols surplus, like remington,ithaca, those 1911 type pistols are the best,. easy to hit your targets even at their loose bore condition.25 meters with a rectangular hole....PLUS it can make a trouble making drunkard sober again by a carefully placed pistol whip at the nape....BTW communists idiots here attacks convoys of medical personnel enroute to relief missions....we carry guns for self defense,properly documented to avoid legal complications

I LOVE guns.
In the Corps I was lucky enough to shoot M16, M9, 203 Grenade Launcher, 240G, N16a4, used hand grenades it was exciting and fun.

I think that guns should be integrated into our culture and easier for a person with a good record to obtain and of course all the safety classes and training.

Harsher punishments to those that sell illegal guns.

Remember, "GUNS don't kill people, PEOPLE kill people"

THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH BECAUSE IF I HAVE A GUN I CAN SAY WHATEVER THE HELL I WANT. AS A FREE, LAW-ABIDING CITIZEN OF THE GREAT NATION OF AMERICA I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PROTECT MYSELF AND MY FAMILY.

I don`t need a gun or care to own one but I would not take someones pursue of happiness away from them if they want one but I am not about to just vote Republican because of it.

i do not have any. i like to live in a gun-free society. those who live by the guns will die by the guns. We leave guns to the military personnels. How i wish this world does not have guns but only right reason to settle disputes and differences.
