Does anyone know any graphic cards dealer who is willing to ship goods to Indonesia? And of course to present goods in trust to me and I will affect payment via money transfer or money order within 24 hours after I receive the goods. I only need a single graphic card.

I know of no one that will ship to a 3rd world nation (no offense) without cash in hand before shipping the product.
There are too many scammers out there looking to get something for nothing, and there is no recourse to pursue them in countries with governments who are not intereted in assisting foreign governments with fraud claims.

Indonesia has plenty of computer shops that will handle this for you. They'll also pay the import taxes.
