Helping us WHAT? Many countries helped during Katrina - or did you miss that?
They hate because you forgot so quickly.

The President is a BIG BULLY! I dislike him too and I am an American.
The rest of the world hates this administration, not Americans. We had the good will of most of the world until Bush unilaterally decided to attack another country without cause. The world does not like bullies and fear mongers.
Isn't it strange that our former President Bill Clinton is still revered in every country he goes.

At the present stage America (USA) seems to be beyond help.
The American people are suffering from the capitalist gospel they have been fed for too long.
The "richest nation inthe world" has by far the highest per capita debt.
The so-called "Christians" supporting hate and war mongering have cast judgement on themself.
Their government is a puppet for the trans-national corporate giants.

In reality, many nations are "helping" the USA finance its profligate deficit spending and standard of living by buying its debt instruments such as Treasuries. We've been able to get away with spending beyond our means (both public and private consumption) because foreigners are buying up our bonds and other investment instruments. When they stop buying them, we will be in financial trouble if we haven't cut down our debt by that time.
Well, for many other countries, the USA often isn't very well though of because we impose our political, economic, and military might on them, often with dire consequences for their peoples. Don't buy that nonsense from Bush about them "hating us for our freedoms." If they hate us, it's because of our policies and the effects on their countries. And let's face it, who wants to help a bully? Bush pretty much told the rest of the world to blow off when he decided to invade Iraq against widespread international opposition. Not surprisingly, when he asked other countries if they could help with the occupation of Iraq, many of them returned the favor by telling him to forget it.

Because we have a terrorist government. I hate us and I am American. I just hope we all wake up before it is too late. All it will take is one "national emergency" and we are full on police state.
