Key Biscayne....is the absolute best it's on it's own island, but Hurricane season you maybe SOL!
Miami Lakes...I spend a lot time there everything you mentioned above is found in Miami Lakes very safe and secure.
Coral Gables/ Coconut Grove (on the Bayshore side)
Miami Shores
Miami Springs
Pinecrest
Adventura
West Kendall
Palmetto Bay

I am guessing you are not talking about areas for only the rich and famous.
My top areas would be.
Bay Point off of Biscayne and 45th street.
North Bay Road.
Miami Shores
Coral Gables
Many residentail communites in the Aventura area.
Sunset Islands

I stay in Portland, OR and holiday lots for company. i myself choose Portland to all the cities i've got vistited. you have Seattle on the checklist because of the fact of its subculture. a similar applies to Portland! i've got heard lots approximately Austin, and would opt to circulate to there sometime. I actual have been to Amarillo, Dallas.... and particular Texas is a great state. anyone is amazingly hospitable!
