Today was my first day in college. I couldn't help but notice all the smokers on campus.
Why do so many college kids smoke cigarettes? Plus, how do you feel about college kids smoking?

i smoke myself..took it up during honours year cos of the insane hours i had to put in so..

Having been in a war with 17-21 year old soldiers (not just a few who never came home), I never call anyone in that age group a "kid" any longer.
Fact is, they aren't "kids"; they're adults. So, it's their decision to make and it matters very little what the rest of us think about it. I'm almost absolutely certain that if they are in college - they have been exposed to the research about smoking and have made a decision.
just my thought on it.

bad habit picked up along the way..plus being away from home they can do what they want..
