Like for an example:
You sign on myspace.
You sign on but you signed on
so many times, your email is on memory
so you can just click on it. I want that erase because
I kinda cussed at my petpet on neopets and
I don't want my family to know that...

Anyways, go to the Tools menu and click on Internet Options. If this has been disabled, there isn't much more I can do for you.
Under the Temporary Internet FIles section, click on the Delete Cookies button.
You can also go to the Content tab and click on the Autocomplete button. From here, you can select whether you want internet to store these sort of things in the future.

While you are on Internet Options you might want to clcik on clear history, that way anything you have used in the past will be erased.
