I felt sorry for you. But I have to say you are not in the worst case since you should have no memory about your twin brother.
You need counselling if you always has such feeling.

You are absolutely right -- the death of a sibling, probably especially a twin, can leave a person feeling "haunted," or that feeling of loneliness that won't leave.
You were so little when that happened, but that doesn't mean you don't have grief about it - I hope you will get some grief counseling.
A counselor can also help you explore your feelings of loneliness further. But be assured, even though your twin died, you are meant to be here, and you are a complete individual.

Yes I think you can feel a part of you is missing and you feel loneliness deep in side your soul, but there is away you can talk to him, you can pray to him and tell him how much you miss him and that he will always be in your heart, he can hear you and see you, but you can't, did you ever get an Itch on your face and try to Itch it, Well it's really your brother's wings holding you, you see he is an angel of heaven. OK

this is deep... a simple yes seems apropos... seek some professional help with this... try not to live with this constant sense of loss... it can't be productive.

Go to Cuba, study communism.. embrace it even.. it's so kool it will take your mind off "you" and help you realize that 80% of the problem is society, not you.
