Which pipe? If it is the supply pipe (to fill the tank), replace it (because of pressure).
If it is the "flush" pipe the large one supplying the water to the toilet itself, replace it too but temporarily it can be fixed with anything including duct tape. That's because of the low pressure but be wary, when a leak begins in this pipe, it is either decomposed and thus only the beginning of th problem(be thankful for the warning) or it has been physically caused to leak (hit or dented).

Just a temporary solution: a drop of hot candle wax on the pin-hole. Or rub a candle against the pin-hole until some of the wax fills up the spot and seals it.

you should have a flex pipe but some still run copper pipe, comming from a shut off to the toilet,
, shut the water off take the pipe, to a hardware and replace it , your only looking at $4 to $9 for a new pipe,
