how do you pluck eyebrows??

i am 13 and havent started plucking my eyebrows yet. some people i know that are my age make fun of me, because i havent and it tends to make me self concious. when should i start plucking...and how do i?? i have tried plucking, but it never works out. any tips on how to pluck your eyebrows? thanks soo much!! i really would appreciate it if you helped me =]

go to a salon, have them wax them for you, then you just maintain them after that
