What would you choose if you couldn't have both?

I suspect that not having enough money to meet the bills has destroyed more than one marriage to the "love of your life." It seems like most of the married people I know usually fight over sex, money, or control -- and usually about not having enough of them.
So I think I'd go with being wealthy and settling for someone that I could respect, even if he wasn't the love of my life.

Definitely the Love of My Life. Material things mean a lot as far as necessities go; but beyond those, I really am not that money hungry. Just being comfortable with the one I love is more than enough to hope for.

Cuz I already have him & my life is SO wonderful with him in it - I wouldn't trade this for anything.
Money spoils you - think if you were so rich, what would people buy you for christmas or your birthday... you'd already have everything... being not wealthy, but not poor and being in love with my true love is what I am doing and what I will always do!

I would have to be wealthy because love doesn't seem to be working. I have commitment issues, I can't commit to just dating one at a time.

Having the love of my life is much more important to having money. Nothing is worth more then having a wonderful man in my life, someone to wrap myself around when I'm in bad. Life is too short not to have someone to love.
