By using 4, 4, 4, 4, yes that's 4 four times, you must use either multiplication, division, addition, subtraction and square root symbol to come up with an equation in which the answer would be 19, 23, 25,27,29, and 30. Well there were more but these are the ones that we CAN'T do. Oh also, you can combine two of the 4's to make 44. example: I'll use "sq" for square root since the symbol isn't on the computer.
44 - (4 X 4) = this would be our answer of 28
(sq4 + sq4)+(4 X 4) = this would be our answer of 20
If anyone can come up with any equations with the rules I've supplied that have the answers I need, I would appreciate the help. Thanks.

30 is:
four times four = 16,
16 times square root of 4 = 16*2 = 32
32 minus square root of 4 = 32 -2 = 30

(4*4*sqr4)-(sqr4)=30

I couldn't get any of the others....I was always one off.

30 = (4 x 4) x (sq 4) - (sq 4)
