anyone have any advice on some things that I can do to spice up my sex life w/ my hubby? I am a stay at home mom and tend to be mommy before wifey and would like to spice things back up a little

I would suggest watching an adult movie together if you both agree. If not, maybe get a baby sitter go to a local hotel and act like when you first started dating and had kids. There are many things that work for guys and they are simple. You could always put on some lingerie and surprise him. Plus, you may get some pleasure by shopping for a new sexy outfit.

There are more than a few things you could do to make things more fun.
One of my favorite ways to make things interesting is to change enviroments - as someone else said - getting a room somewhere, spreading a blanket out under the stars, getting busy in the back seat of the car like when you were a teen.
Or have sex at an odd time of day - if your kids are in school or you can even have them babysat for an afternoon - have hubby come home for lunch or take off early so that you can make love on the living room floor or the couch, as even just changing the setting within your own home can spice things up.
Also, visiting an adult store is a great way to explore. You can check out everything from massage oils to "toys" to lingerie and more. Sometimes my hubby and I will go and spend an hour or more browsing and we each pick out one item and by the time we get home we're ready to go.
Or you could go on your own or with a girl friend - buy a sexy item and if you have a camera phone or a digital camera either send a picture message to hubby's phone or email him a pic of the item you purchased with a note saying that you can't wait to try it out with him.
Also, it can be fun to make a list of all the things that you've never done sexually and try out some of those things at least once. Tell your hubby that you're curious about those specific things and would like to try them at least once and ask how he feels about it.
Another way to spice things up is to make your own movie or take your own photos. I will occasionally take photos of myself and leave them on hubby's computer and that is all it takes to get him going.
Fantasies also can do a lot in the bedroom - everything from costumes to just verbal play - wear something sexy to bed the night you want to seduce him and say to him "let's pretend we're both porn stars" and then go with that fantasy. Sometimes pretending that you're someone else or in some other time can be a lot of good fun and can help you loosen up a bit.
There are also games that you can purchase at adult stores for lovers - like the lover's dice or board games. Those can be fun if you have the time.
Also, making yourself FEEL sexy is a good way to spice things up. Getting a pedi/manicure, a haircut, taking a nice long hot bath and slathering up with some good smelling lotion, buying a sexy skirt or undies, those things will make you feel sexy like I said and can go a long ways in the bedroom - when you feel sexy you're bound to be more inspired behind closed doors!
Although my husband and I enjoy adult movies - I would not encourage you to bother with this just yet as it seems as though YOU want to get hubby's attention and a movie with other people(while not a bad thing) is going to divert attention away from you two focusing on one another.

Think outside the bedroom. Get cozy on the couch then get busy on the couch. Catch him on the stairs. Serve him breakfast in the nude. Go naked all day for his birthday. Have naked video night where you watch a movie naked together. It doesn't have to be a porn. Don't forget car sex. You mentioned you are a mommy, so the kids may prevent some of these. We used to hire the neighbor girl to watch the kids while we "ran errands." But the car never left the garage.
