Don't judge the girl for wanting red shadow. It's not tacky.
Those of you that judge her so harshly are the very ones who are plain and don't know how to be creative with your makeup. Caking on black liner, shadow, and mascara is no better than her using bright colors, ladies.
Like several said, MAC carries it, as does Lancome.
The less expensive brands like Wet N Wild, NYC, Max Factor, and another...can't remember who is making the HiP line...Revlon maybe? Anyway it's short for High Intensity Pigments...they're great.

Look on ebay for a brand of cosmetics called Manic Panic. Some Goth shops carry it also.

Try a department store, Avon maybe, Napoleon they usually have a great range in colours, Pharmacy, or a store that supplies hairdressing, nail techician, and beautician supplies if you have them where you live.

You can get a nice vibrant one at MedusasMakeup.com as well as other mineral makeup sites. I prefer their eyeshadow to MAC and they are way cheaper anyways. Just give them a try.
Don't wear lipstick on the eye it will crease fast...

MAC, or there is a Spanish line of cosmetics called Jafra. That's funny, my friend was just wearing it today. It looks good if you do it right. Jafra is just like Avon, but for Spanish speaking people. They do have a catalogue in English though.

Cheap dollar shops sell them. And they're quite good. Though if you live in Australia, Ice Accessorises has them.
Go to discount beauty/make-up stores. Surely they'll have it.
Its just a matter of looking around.
