How should I or where should I apply fragrance?
Fragrance should be applied to pulse points. This is where the blood vessels are closest to the skin giving off more heat and acting like mini fragrance pumps. Pulse points are the wrist, behind the ear, crook of the arm and knee, base of the throat. Also, for long lasting fragrance spray at the ankles, it allows the fragrance to blossom up.

Pulse points are warm areas of the body. The body heat helps diffuse the scent.

i think elley said it best with the pulse points. but one key thing you must remember is that you have to have a decent perfume with oils and not that cheap stuff. if you shake a bottle of perfume, the more bubbles you see the better it is and longer the bubbles stayin the bottle the longer it will last on your skin.

The pulse points also help to "push" the scent into the air. If you get a piece of paper and put a small amount of talcum powder or flour on it and hold it horizontally, flick it from underneath and you will see the powder/flour "pulse" into the air.

Doesn't necesarily make it last. The added warmth helps spread the scent.
