Woodcock is a pretty English name. But you presume the Cherokee lineage is through your grandfather and not your grandmother. You might want to go back a few generations on both lines of the family and see what you find. Preconceived ends are a killer in genealogy.

Kinda the same situation with people who are named "Hermione" or "Napoleon" and get picked on for famous movies. I mean, they didn't choose their name. But yes, I think the movie will add to humility.
