I really want a makeover. I only 14 but i dont feel pretty. Where can i go for a makeover? I've seen people in Macys that do other's makeup and they dont look that good. where should i go?

Why do you not get a Glamour magazine or maybe a magazine and experiment yourself. You did not give your skin tone...maybe you could go to one of the department stores and get an idea of the color make up you needed. You might try eye liner ( that would depend on your eyes and skin tone) on your lower and upper lid and maybe a little eye shadow. You know that would really accent your eyes, if I knew more about how you looked, I would be able to offer better advice. I think anyone who wears a lot of makeup looks cheap and I think young men appreciate natural beauty more. I bet you are really prettier than you imagine.

If you were going to pay for it, you might be better off getting a book like Carmindy's or an American Girl one and learning to do and try things yourself. Otherwise look around online, on sites you can import your photo on. I think a lot of makeup companies sites to this.
Plus at the Macys counter, they mainly do that to sell you things. I dont think you'll be getting what you expect.
Also make a point of complementing your friends and family when they look nice. You'll find it will come back to you, and this will help make you feel prettier, even if you're already gorgeous.

Sometimes a new hairdo will work wonders! Look in the magazines or music videos for ideas. I will say that beauty and feeling pretty starts within.
