if someone living in the massachusettes area wanted to see it, would they be able to? around what time?

It starts @ 0451 and ends around 0824

we are in TN and will be able to see it around 4 to 6 am,
our time, so if your in mass, you should be 2 hrs ahead of us,
so what time is sun rise there ? subtract 2 hrs from that,
or listen to the late news,

only the people on the west coast can clearly see the luna eclipse, it was said so on the news past couple of days.
