Lots of different things: my kids, my hubby, my family (mom, dad, sisters, brother). There are times when it just takes a simple 5 minutes with my cup of coffee before embarking on another journey (called waking up the kids).
I've learned to find the beauty in everything I see. I've learned that I can fly (not literally, of course). And the best thing I've learned, is "Life is a journey, not a destination." (Aerosmith!!)

Besides the obvious (like air, food, water, etc)
LOVE keeps me going..... Love from my boyfriend... I wake up every morning to his beautiful face in a frame right by my bed, I go check my email and there is always a sweet note that he wrote me before he left for work that morning. Then he'll call me when he gets home from work, then we'll talk at night before we go to bed. On the days that I see him, it's very obvious that he is what keeps me going cuz I am always smiling & I am so happy when I am with him! I can't wait to become his wife!!

my mom, even however she isn't right here with me right this moment and she or he's resting in heaven its basically the seen on account that smile on her face from how proud she is of me retains me going daily.
